Imagine Your Impact.

The Product Associate supports curriculum product development, including research and design,

prototyping, and data analysis, related to the curricular products with the sales, customer success, and professional development teams. The curriculum includes a focus on K-12 mathematics.

 

Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.

 

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410.00 and $92,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

 

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate on a cross-functional team of product and curriculum experts charged with the design and execution of world class, digital, standards aligned, instructionally rigorous, teacher-friendly, classroom-ready curriculum products.
  • Understand all aspects of curricular products as an internal expert on related product lines.
  • Develop and support internal processes/strategies that build internal knowledge of our curricular products, including answering questions from sales, customer success managers and users; developing and executing training on curricular materials; and maintaining documentation of curriculum elements and attributes.
  • Support product discovery, solution evaluation, and roadmap development by working closely with the product managers to conduct data analysis and research.
  • Lead small projects, including developing prototypes & specifications, working with project management, and evaluate the impact of developed features.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Flexibility and quick learner capable of working with a variety of technical and creative individuals.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including strong writing and proofreading skills, attention to detail, and comfort presenting to groups in-person or virtually.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of experience teaching in a K-12 classroom.
  • Ability to think strategically about risk mitigation and project timelines.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and GSuite products.
